Co-living Space  
We established the “Cooliving” brand to capitalise on the liberal and innovative spirit of sharing economy. We opened the first Co-living space in Macau, which breaks the barriers of isolation, encourages active interaction between residents, and brings a fresh lifestyle experience to the city.

Co-working Space  
Situated in Praia Grande, the heart of Macau business district, “The Works” is our first co-working space, featuring private office suites, conference rooms, hot desks, and a host of business services for local SMEs and start-ups. We also developed ‘Macau Art Garden’ and ‘Macau Design Centre’ which provide a dedicated space for cultural and creative workers to developtheir creativity.
