To promote environmental sustainability, we have incorporated green elements in various projects. Trust Legend, for example, uses glass facade to help tenants save electricity, and its 10,000 sq. ft. terrace is set to become Macau’s largest aerial garden. Energy-saving electrical appliances and low-carbon facilities also make the residential complex one of Macau’s greenest.

We believe environmental sustainability is essential to create long term values, and this vision is shared with every facet of our businesses and services. If permitted by local building code, our upcoming properties in the future will feature an aerial garden wherever possible, and maintain the green coverage area over 50%.
